Associate Creator Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Creator Growth based in Italy.

This entry-level role offers an opportunity to build a career in the fast-growing creator economy while working directly with creators across the Middle East. You will serve as a key point of contact, helping creators discover the platform, complete onboarding, and become active and successful users. The position combines relationship building, communication, creator support, and acquisition activities across digital channels. You will work closely with creators, agencies, talent managers, and internal teams to resolve issues and share valuable market feedback. The role is well suited to an organized and people-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple conversations and building meaningful relationships. As the team grows, you will also contribute to improving communication processes and developing scalable creator growth practices.

• Manage day-to-day communication with creators through social media, messaging platforms, and other digital channels.
• Support creator acquisition and onboarding from initial outreach through to account activation.
• Respond to creator questions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with other teams when additional support is required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
• Gather creator feedback, identify recurring themes, and share relevant insights with the wider team.
• Help improve communication processes, workflows, and best practices as the Creator Growth function develops.
• Contribute to additional Creator Growth initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Native-level Arabic and fluent English, with excellent written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and priorities simultaneously.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in customer support, community management, or social media management is a plus.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok is desirable.
• Understanding of the creator economy and familiarity with Gulf and Saudi audiences is an advantage.
